Find Your Center again. Return to the sensation of your breath. Slowly open your eyes or remove your blind fold. Put one hand on your chest and one hand on your belly. Now Hum. not from your throat or chest, but from the bottom of your belly. Hum strong and steady. Stop to breathe in, but return to the hum with each new breath. When your belly feels full and satisfied. A cosmic soup tuned to the magic of your voice. Your arms drop down by your sides. Speak yourself into being. Look down at your right arm and right hand. Observe objectively as it begins to float. Name the sites along the way. Speak yourself into being. Observe as it floats back down. Enjoy the transition. Look down at your left arm and left hand. Observe objectively as it begins to float. Map the landmarks newly discovered. Speak yourself into being.Observe as it floats back down. Now look down at your right leg. Observe as your leg begins to float up. Thank the places that have grounded you and allowed you to stand tall. It gracefully floats back down. Enjoy this transition. Shifting weight. Look down at your left leg. Observe as it begins to float up. Thank the places this leg has taken you. It gracefully floats back down. Feel your weight evenly distributed between both feet. What if your Right arm/Left leg could float at the same time? Just for a moment. Breathe into balance. Trust the ground to support you. Now switch. What if your Left arm/Right Leg could float at the same time? Just for a moment? Savor the moment just a little longer. Let yourself release. Reach both arms upward above your head. A moment of surrender. Then slowly gently feel your body with your hands, starting from the top of your head. Move slowly down your neck and along your chest then below your waist, past your knees, until your arms are fully extended downward. Enjoy a moment of stillness.
