Stand quietly for a moment, breathing normally. Eyes still closed or covered. Notice your breath as it enters your nose, your windpipe, your lungs. Just simply follow it as it goes in and out of your body. Notice how it ebbs and flows, as gracefully as waves on a shore. Inside your heart beats, pulsates, a river of life connects all of your cells. Blood flows outward...then blood flows back to the center again. Your cells expand/contracts. Always reproducing, dying. Circles cycles. Wiggle a finger back and forth. Sense the impulses of nerves running into your arms. Deep in your belly you become aware of a warm orange glow. Pulsations of orange light move in rivulets down your legs and up again through your thighs, flowing through your belly, and up through your back to nourish ALL of you.You are alive. You are a wave of motion. Nothing within you is Truly still. Everything is constantly changing at each and every moment. slowly open your eyes.Every Sound, Every ray of light, EVERY BREATH is an oscillation. Back and Forth. Constantly moving, constantly swaying. Sway. A flowing dance, a flow of constant change. Changing every moment from the last. Now your breath is beginning to turn into mist. Each inhale a cool, moist cloud expanding inside of you. Each exhale a dewy release. An offering, a dance of expansion & release. Can you breathe this mist into all corners and shadows of your being? Like an early morning fog that is covering the garden. Maybe for a second you float. Maybe for a minute? Maybe you could float forever.
