Leslie Stoner

Leslie works in encaustic, the process of painting with heated beeswax. Her works are snapshots of nature in motion, things blooming, bubbling, swaying, and decaying. Each painting is an infusion of scarred textures, gradient mists, scattered pockmarks, and inky webbed lines.
