Pirouette, paper collage, 36x47
I grew up reading my parents' physics and medical books, while understanding little of them. A love of science and math as well as art took me from art school to scientific illustration. The pull of scientific inquiry still directs my work. The edge excites me. Like cave paintings, there are no borders, so form can move into the surrounding space.
