Movement is the underlying theme in my work. Over the years, and around the world, I have recorded and collected videos and soundSCAPEs that capture for me the arresting passage of place and time. When I am painting, what I most want is to give life to that subtle motion. I know a painting is finished when I can see the fluid grace I found in nature.
